Wow did I ever make a mistake. I rented a climate controlled unit, however, I did not look at it prior to my move. When I arrived and saw the unit I was in shock at the condition. The walls had exposed fiberglass insulation and a half wall in the middle. You had to negotiate two doors to even get to it. In order for the movers to get to it they would have had to back into the exit. I was told I would have to park my wheels on a spot at the gate exit in order to keep the gate from closing on my vehicle while I unloaded. In ad... read more

Conroe Self Storage offers not only Incredible Customer Service, they were the best by far in price, convenience and security when we were searching the Conroe, Texas area for storing our valuables! We were able to easily choose our unit w/their helpful website and are able to make payments online as well!!
