I had a really unpleasant experience with the older woman at the front desk who was wearing glasses. She was extremely rude, snappy, and had an attitude that made me feel like helping me was an unwanted task or inconvenience. I was already feeling unwell when I came in, so being treated that way was especially upsetting. ★★☆☆☆ I have been a patient here for over 6–7 years and have generally been a loyal and cooperative patient. Today, I arrived 19 minutes late for a 9:00 AM appointment after driving nearly an hour. I understand the 15-minute policy, but I was disappointed that there was no reasonable consideration given my long history with the practice. What frustrated me most is that I have repeatedly waited 45 minutes to an hour or more for appointments, including one time when I waited about 1½ hours. Everyone is so kind . Dr. Michelle Hobbs Is the best doctor I ever had . Her bedside manner is outstanding and her kindness and attentiveness is even better . All of the ladies in the front are so nice and kind. They are very fast and helpful . This is an amazing team and an amazing office .
