Not sure what is going on. Something about a person going on a leave and that cause some mistakes with billing then the dentist doesn't want to work with me because their agreement was to honor the original billing. I hope the billing department fix the mistakes they are doing. Not very good with billing the insurance.
Was an excellent place to go. Then I received a letter stating that Dr. Leiker is terminating our relationship.I am sorry that the billing department can’t keep the records straight, and I am sorry that our relationship is ending without actually looking at the situation.
