If I could give this place ZERO stars I WOULD. Conroe Autoplex sold me a car on Friday at 5pm and it broke down on Sunday at 3pm in less than 48 hours we were stranded on the side of the road. They then tried to blame us for a cable that BROKE the gear shift. They are refusing to pay for a tow they said to get and they WILL NOT refund my money!!!!!!! This was my first car purchase and I'm extremely upset. They were recommend by my sister and I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! They are scammers they will let you lea... read more

They are no good. They take half a down payment and when a person lose they job and cant come up with the rest of the down payment they keep the money and the car. They never let a person drive the car off the lot until they got the other half of the down payment so the car was never driven and they dont want to return the money.
Outstanding customer service from Brian and his staff. I bought two vehicles from this dealership and anytime I needed anything they didn’t hesitate to fix the problem! My first vehicle I payed off and when I went back to get my second vehicle there were no hassle. The process was smooth, quick, and easy. Would definitely recommend this place!
