Do Not Hire On Fathers day my outside unit stopped cooling I called Conroe Air Conditioning, service man came out and told me my compressor was bad and needed a new unit for $4,451. That Monday I got a second opinion, come to find out I didn't need a new unit, Conroe Air was just trying to scam me, I have worked in the A/C Business before and I knew something was wrong. Incompetent and Dishonest.......... In September 2011 I called out Conroe Air to replace a faulty evap coil. In July 2012 this newly installed coil had to be replaced again. On this occasion the technicians damaged the wall of our home when replacing the coil but did not report it. I reported it to the operations manager at Conroe Air but after four weeks he had done nothing about it. Only after contacting their lame duck CEO was a dry wall repair man sent out. Jokers and a Big Rip Off! Conroe Air was called out to my house to fix an AC issue at that time the tech and i talked about a cooling issue with the dampers. The tech explained what needed to be done and would have the service manger call me back with an estimate. Fast efficient service Came out and did routine maintenance service on A/C system. Fair pricing compared to local competitors and service men were friendly and knowledgeable. Would reccomend to to others.

Tried to rip off grandma I had Conroe Air at my house a few weeks ago because my air conditioner was not working. The man said I needed to replace my entire system and it would be over $9000.00. My grandson called around and had someone else come out and was able to fix my air conditioner for less than $200.00. Conroe Air is a rip off and should not be in business.

I WAS WAY OVERCHARGED - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My experience with this company was HORRIBLE. I was totally OVERCHARGED and the customer service was TERRIBLE!! Not only did they have to come back out to replace the "same parts" that was already paid for in previous months, they had enough nerve to charge me for the same parts again!!
