They just took our application fee and lied and said our collection is over 2000 which that is a lie. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. Also my income exceeds their rental expectation.DO NOT APPLY
Rented from Conrex from Sept 2020 to sept 2021. Everything seemed nice at the beginning. Once got to the end of the lease, they initially scheduled an inspection, no one showed up. I tried reaching out to them a few times to try to reschedule the inspection and they advised someone would be in touch. Never received a call back about it so I gave up. We wre supposed to move in with them but because of miscommunication and misinformation we decided to pull our application. Now we are getting the run around for our refund back. We never moved in so im not understanding why they havent refuned our money back. They are very unprofessional. I do not recommend moving I with them.
My husband and I applied for a house and was approved. We paid the $500 nonrefundable binders fee to get it off the market. When we received the call asking when we wanted to move my husband told the young lady Amber sometime in September just we can get the rest of our funds together. She told my husband that we would have to move in two weeks or they will put the house back on the market. Red flag number 1.
