Horrible! Very difficult to work with! We were told we couldn’t get one house, found a house somewhere else, then told we could get 1st house so we dropped the other, then told we couldn’t do what we were told we could do so we lost both houses! When asked to speak to manager was told there was not one and told she would call the manager and put me on a long hold then told me she never called the manager! Completely unprofessional company! There is a home I found on zillow. It's been listed for 46 days. Has over 50 contacts on it. I reached out via zillow and got an automated email about viewing the property. I signed up for a rently account so i could view the home (Rently is an awful company to work with as well). Reached out after viewing the home. Sent multiple emails and called twice. After waiting such a long time on hold I hung up. All I can get from them is to file an application for $110 with no actual contact from a real person. I figure they are jus... read more
Ive rented for 15 months straight and never not once been late on a payment. I picked up a new contract and my first settlement was mailed to my address which was going to make the September months payment about 8 days past due! I wrote conrex an email explaining what was going on and received no response. Come day 6 past rent due date they placed a legal action notice on my front door! Day 9 check arrives and I go online to immediately pay my rent and whatever late fee there was. Guess what!? All payment methods are blocked... read more
Tried their self viewing option for one of their properties, after arriving to the property I used the code that was given to me for the lock box. I open the box and there is no key inside. I tried calling Conrex and no answer. The house looked like it was really nice and I'm very disappointed that I have wasted my time going there to not be able to view it.
Do not rent from these guys. They will give you the run around constantly and very, very rarely return security deposits or maintain the properties they rent.
