Conrex is the worst company I have ever done business with and I will make it my sole mission to post every chance I get. Not only will they rent you a house without power for weeks during extreme temps without recourse, when you move out leaving the home in better condition than you arrived, they will charge you thousands of dollars in bogus fees (their basic maintenance items) and send to collections. Please avoid this company if you have any other option.

This is a terrible company to rent with, I moved out a house when the lease ended and a month later, I am still receiving notices, the foundation on the house was terrible, every evening there was several lizards ( 20 or more) over my doors and underneath the carport, there was also a large king snake living in a crack in the foundation, he was eating all the ground snakes in the yard and under the carport, I am terrified of lizards and snakes and when I called the company, they stated they could do nothing about, I calle... read more
