No matter how much you make it isn't enough for any of these rental places
Rented with this company for exactly a year, by far the worst experience. Their maintenance does not fix anything. If they do, they blame you for it and threaten to charge you so you won't call them anymore. I had a maintenance guy tell me he was going to Lowes and would be right back, he never returned the rest of the day. Made several work orders after and no one ever replied or came out. I haven’t even rented from this company yet and so far my experience has been horrible. IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with this company. Im trying to relocate from out of state so I’m trying to get ahold of an actual person and it seems impossible. I’ve tried emailing, I’ve tried calling, I’ve sent inquiries via the realtor app, via Zillow, called the number on the website. I didn’t get any communicate until I PAID to apply for a place.
