Conrex owned this home prior to me purchasing. Every day something new breaks, instead of addressing the issues, they painted over them or used caulk, even the inspector couldn’t see anything wrong because of how they hid all the problems creating more for the new homeowner! Do yourself a favor and if you find out conrex owned the home, find another to buy!

There is a 50 page contract that you will have to sign that includes tenants waiving their rights to Class Action Lawsuits. That is why the common complaint here is security deposit theft. I was a victim to that tactic. Conrex Properties prey on people from out of state and others who have bad to average credit. I was charged $2800 for the repainting of the entire house. This is the WORST company to ever rent from ! They have 1 stars for a reason guys, do. It rent for this company. They will keep your security deposit and charge you a bunch of money after you leave for “damages “ when all of their properties are garbage and run down. Infested with rats, cockroaches you name it ! I wish I had never rented from here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Horrible place to rent from.. My family and I lived in a conrex property for two years. When it was time to renew lease, they wanted to go up on our rent a extra $300 bucks. Mind you there was a unfinished room, mold and a chandelier hanging by the wire in the middle of the kitchen. When we decided not to renew lease, they claimed I changed the locks and would not move out. Although I had proof of turning in keys, a new lease somewhere else. They are charging me for still living there!! Run!!!!

Horrible company. Tried to bill me after my family and I moved out for normal wear and tear. Things any company has to do to make the property appealing to future residents. Painting, landscaping, ect... anything they can scam someone for... these large property management companies are as crooked as they come. So glad I was able to purchase a home. Rent from owners if you can't buy. These big companies are awful.
