When u complain about their tenant's the customer rep told me she didn't care and to call police. What a way to manage a property. Who pays people to manage property who cant control their tenant's that's a nuesome to the neighborhood? tentants before the current ones had all their stuff put on lawn, yall sure know how to pick great tenant's!!! Conrex owned this home prior to me purchasing. Every day something new breaks, instead of addressing the issues, they painted over them or used caulk, even the inspector couldn’t see anything wrong because of how they hid all the problems creating more for the new homeowner! Do yourself a favor and if you find out conrex owned the home, find another to buy!

There is a 50 page contract that you will have to sign that includes tenants waiving their rights to Class Action Lawsuits. That is why the common complaint here is security deposit theft. I was a victim to that tactic. Conrex Properties prey on people from out of state and others who have bad to average credit. I was charged $2800 for the repainting of the entire house.
