The website has a good design very easy to manage very easy to use anything you need it's there on the website you need to put a request in to get something fixed website pay your bill website etc it might not be good for people who like to have persons or person interaction but it's great with me
Can I do 0 out of 5 stars? DO NOT rent. My move out date was Oct 7th. Have not gotten in contact with a single person regarding our prorated rent and move our inspection. No one ever answers the phone, they drag their feet when they do. All of this is after submitting MILITARY SEPARATION ORDERS to move to a different town due to my new job that is far away. Worst rental company ever they can’t do anything right nor get you any answers your left on your own with any issues that may come and like to charge you for anything it’s ridiculous. Property manager you can count that out I’ve been with them since April and can never get a call from her rósela woods is her name the only one that’s been helpful is Nicolas Ortiz but he can only do so much as he’s not in the position to handle certain things but he’s the only who has seemed to care about our issues then they make you pay your... read more
It sucks to find what seems to be the perfect house only to see it's managed by Conrex. You'll never get them to reply to any questions you may have or answer calls. "Management" company can't even manage themselves let alone someone else's property.
Boy do I whish I knew then what I know now. 0/10 , do not recommend. Hope you don't ever need to talk to anyone because there's no way to get through to these people. They literally just do not care.
