What a joke. I have heard stories about this place but location was convenient. All I needed was a plug for a tire. Would think 20 minute job for a TIRE place. No appointment but who makes one with a flat tire? Said I didn’t need my car for 7 hours. Didn’t think that was unreasonable. Told I’m sorry it wouldn’t be until tomorrow. Well how about never. Definitely won’t go back. Ill ruin my rim and drive to a decent company
I had a dead battery and Dylan got me an appointment in a blizzard and really was very accommodating and knowledgeable and it was only $280 for everything. We have always used Conrad’s and will continue to because of management like Dylan.
I have a Blue Falls car wash “redemption certificate” and I went into Conrad’s to redeem it for a wash card as the large sign on Blue Falls clearly states to do. The woman working told me I didn’t need a wash card and I just needed to enter the code on the redemption certificate at the kiosk of the car wash. I tried this, but it did not work. They are nice to have in a pinch, but it comes at a cost. My fiancé took my car in a little bit ago to get tires replaced and an oil change, and all of a sudden my AC has a weird sound when I turn it on and the air doesn’t work as well as it used to. This is not the first time that my fiancé and I have taken our cars there and leave with other issues; so, if possible go to another mechanic.
