I had an unexpected problem with my CRV while I was driving. I was able to drive but I needed assistance quickly! Conrads in reminderville was able to diagnose and order parts for the next morning. I was back on the road by that afternoon. I greatly appreciate their concern and efforts to resolve the problem. Thank you!

Spent 2K on an all new exhaust and it was installed crooked. Had to take it back multiple times to try and "straighten it" and shortly after it started making noises during acceleration. Additionally, its almost completed rusted and has a hole in it 1 year later. Conrads unable to determine issue and basically said.. "too bad"..

The customer service here was awful. Conrad’s was supposed to put two new tires on the car. They found that one of the rims was cracked, so they left the donut on and only replaced one tire. However, they never told us that the other rim was also cracked, and they mounted a brand-new tire onto it. The tire went completely flat the very next day. When I brought this up, I was told, “He doesn’t appreciate you accusing him of cracking the rim.” I was never accusing anyone of cracking the rim. It was probably already cracked. My... read more
