Disappointed and Frustrated – Still Waiting for a Proper Repair I brought my car to Conrad’s Reminderville in May because of a loud, deep grumbling noise coming from the back. They diagnosed and repaired the right side, which cost a considerable amount. I was told the left side also needed repair, but I couldn’t afford it at the time. Friendly, honest service! They were thorough in checking out my vehicle and even though the fix was more complicated and requires a trip to the dealer, they took the time to explain it me. Got the work done in the time they said for the price they said.
Not sure what has happened to this place (Reminderville location) over the last couple years. The customer service has just fallen off so bad. Used to have oil changes and all my tire purchases done here. Prices have gotten too high for me and the service is no longer what it used to be. 2 hour waits for a tire rotation when I have an appointment is just unacceptable. Don’t make the appointment if you can’t do the job in a reasonable amount of time.
