Always quality service and timely in regards with the oil change
Service was good to my car. Front desk person, not so good. I reserved my appointment with my new car. When they sent my video it said for focus. I was never asked to verify my car. The Associate blamed it on me that I requested my appointment as the for focus. The person working the counter kept hiding in the back just to avoid talking. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and it took him 15 minutes just to get my keys and sign the estimate. Went in to get a oil change & tire rotation. After about an hour of working on my car they came back to me & said the nut was stripped to drain the oil... After an hour, they said it was already like that... After about an hour and 30 min they came back to me & said we can't rotate the tires because the nuts holding the tires were rusted & couldn't get them off. So I wasted almost 2 hours waiting there & they stripped my oil plug nut. Thanks CONrads.
