Worst service department. Only dealt with service there twice and both times was difficult. Great part department but service makes me think twice
First time buyer for a Harley, Kyle got me all set-up to buy a bike, can't wait!!

Very pleasant place to go, prices are geared towards those who have deeper pockets than me but I was still able to come out of there with an awsome pair of Harley boots and a nice helmet. Im sure I could have found a Harley helmet cheaper but The atmosphere at Conrads was worth the extra few bucks. The staff are all very nice and informative and the ladies that helped me were very pretty and nice. Best part was the huge showroom floor of gorgeous new bikes.
I have been dealing with Conrads for years and have bought more then one brand new Harley from them. They do all the service on my bikes. They stand behind there work ( i have more then one). The staff ALL of them are friendly and professional. I have dealt with Harley dealers from Illinois to Arizona and hands down Conrads is the best in every aspect. I have read some of the reviews that have trashed Conrads. My advise to you is to not take those reviews as gospel. Go in and see for yourself the kind of dealership they are.... read more
Jim Plotke is the best salesman around. Very knowledgeable and attentive to customers needs. Also the store has a great variety of merchandise and an extremely friendly staff.
Always a good experience sales people are very helpful and the parts department is second to none....
Great place to meet all your Harley needs, the staff is so helpful.
