I recently had a routine eye exam with Dr. William Conrad at his office located inside Walmart in Keyser, WV (important distinction: his practice is separate from the Walmart Vision Center). I have used this doctor before. He is very nice now when I call to schedule an appointment I get a recording. After playing phone tag I gave up getting an appointment I really need new glasses and I don’t know anyone else to call
