My daughter was told she needed an orthotic -which we paid for. Then went to follow up appointment-checked in snd paid copay to hear 5 min later the P.A.wasn’t in and to reschedule in 2 weeks. This is now beginning of Pandemic. That appointment was cancelled. Finally 2.5 months later she gets an appointment with the doctor not the P.A. (& they tell her they don’t see our copay credit😳.
