13/May/22. A week ago a broken compressor was found by one of the service techs at the home of my 83 y/o mother. She was told the part would have to be ordered, in the meantime they would bring over a window unit and install it until repairs could be made. The two techs arrived, made the installation and mom's home is cooling. 17/May/22. Today two techs came and installed the parts ordered and mom's home is now back to normal. Conrad Watson is kicking @%# and chewing bubble gum and they're all out of bubble gum.
Called late afternoon for service on June 15. Did not expect repairs to be made until next day. But the tech came that day afternoon. It was 87° in my house. Really appreciated the prompt repair.
Part took a little time but the service guy was A+
