They are in their 80’s and under quarantined during this coronavirus. The individual answering the phone would highly benefit from some phone etiquette. Never again will I order from this place. The guy answers the phone and speaks to you as if you interrupted his nap.
Unbelieveably rude customer shouted obscenities at my friend and I across the crowded dining room this evening at the Glendale location after telling her to shut her mouth while eavesdropping on our conversation. Staff simply shrugged it off and said, "well, he's a regular." Humiliating experience. Utterly inappropriate behavior in a restaturant full of families with young children. My husband and I have been going to Conrad’s for several years for breakfasts and lunches. Always terrific service and delicious food. For all of the years we’ve been going there the handicapped toilet seat as swung side to side. It’s NEVER been tightened. I have mentioned it too, and it has never been tightened or replaced. There’s no excuse for not repairing a toilet seat. And the toilet itself is the same size and level as the other toilet. No excuses for not accommodating the handicapped.
As a family we loved this restaurant until May 3, 2017 when my husband lost his wallet at the table, he returned to look for it and they told him that he had not left anything, he returned another day to check the cameras and he was not allowed because they said they trusted their employees. Finally we lost a wallet with 1000 dollars! NEVER AGAIN, WE GOT BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
