They were replacing a patio roof that failed after 9 years. My previous contractor would not repair/replace although we were willing to pay. Bid was clear, prepared me for some unknowns, and the price was reasonable. They performed the work within the time they said it would take, were clean, crews were polite and knew their job. The new job is far superior to the old job, will refer Conrad Roofing.

Conrad roofing did a great job on my roof and exceeded my expectations. From helping me understand what I needed and helping me choose a great style. Pricing was great. They thoroughly updated me on how the job was going and I was pleased on the communication they had with me. Their employees are hard working and ensure the clients ambitions and goals become a reality. I also appreciated the transparency and honesty of what was possible and what was realistic for my project. Overall I would recommend Conrad roofing.

Had a great experience with Conrad Roofing. Arty, Armando, Cristian and the team helped make everything go smoothly. The quoting process was quick and transparent, with clear prices for the different lines of Certainteed products. The price was good value. And, the crew was able to start work quickly and get the job done in a timely way. They also handled all of the permitting process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
