Have rented with this agency for a few years and it is absolutely horrible. Extremely dodgey and rude staff - especially Simon Liu. Avoid at all cost.
Terrible real estate agent, closed over xmas and new years with no emergency contact. They normally dont answer the phone. Simon lui is never in the office and takes way to long to respond if ever. I leased a property in Eastwood, when I found out the air conditioning didn't work properly I tried to get them to fix it. They sent a "handy man" who was actually the owner but would never admit it because the owner should not be in the property without prior notification.
