I rent with them the house is old and everything is falling apart the rent is alright but the house should a least be in good condition I know when you rent with any company you sign a contract but loss your deposit when you move out before your due date but they talking about that If I move out I still have to pay the rent for the rest of the month like wth then yall still keeping my deposit
Most of the houses have roaches, beware!!! They travel through the pipes from house to house. They need to fix the interior, cabinets, bathroom and windows. OLD as idk what.
