Policies hard to understand and some just don’t make sense after reading through documentation offered, but it is what it is. Why does painting a fence require any level of approval if it’s a neutral/wood color? Also the latest policy update from 2023 makes everything seem like a cash grab. Horrible company and service. Received a letter stating my HOA dues weren't paid from 3 yrs ago. My HOA has been with Conrad Properties < 1yr. I sent bank confirmation showing my payments, which was a pain due to 3 yrs ago and they would not clear. I have lived in this community 10+ years and NEVER missed a dues payment. So irritating. They do not answer or return phone calls ever. One person responds to emails and plays games having you send the same documents to different emails..ie...accounting, customer service etc...Abs... read more

They setup meeting to vote on the new HOA fee, yet no one can join the zoom meeting. Now they are trying to raise HOA fee by 50% since we were unable to join the meeting to vote. It is hard for me to trust someone to manage my HOA payment if they can't even setup the zoom meeting correctly.
