Great customer service My experiences with Conrad plumbing have been fantastic! We had a major sewer problem several years ago that involved using a camera to look for tree roots. We also didn't get an exact price to fix until after the initial diagnosis. The fix was quick, reasonably priced and our house was cleaned up by the workers. I have used them for several smaller projects since, and trust that the job will be done efficiently and econimically. Wouldn't waste your time I called him to try and get an estimate to replace our sewer line out back. He told me that he would not be able to give me an exact estimate until the was done with the job. I have never in my life heard anything like this. Usually most companies can give you a rough figure on the job cost. He was rude and didn't seem like he needed the money or the business that bad. I would not waste your time calling this guy.
