Today’s visit was based on a referral and I could not have been more fortunate to connect with Dr. Eber and his entire staff, from the front door to exit, each one of the staff members were extremely professional and comforting to not only myself, but towards my wife, too. Dr. Eber’s initial consultation was executed in a flawless manner. His approach was factual, methodical, procedural, and most importantly, informative. Excellent office. Great Doctor. Takes time to fully explain things and is especially vigilant.
I waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time before he finally saw me. On the prior appointment he was also late. I won't go back.
The staff here was okay but Dr. Eber had me waiting for an hour and the nurse didn’t seem to care either. One would think that I would get a least an apology for how long I had to wait! The walls are super thin I could hear everything going on the room beside me and the girls outside talking about food and cracking jokes smh. I just ended up walking out because my time is too valuable to waste and they didn’t seem to respect it so I left. If you do decide to go there I wouldn’t see Dr. Eber
If I could leave a lower rating I would Dr eber has been "handling" me as a patient for two years for kidney stones but has only seen me once through out my time as his patient he Has canceled appointments & surgeries with out telling hospitals or me He also dropped me as a patient with out an explanation I would not recommend anyone go to him ever. He never spent more than 5 minutes with me & is extremely arrogant not letting you ask questions. "Well that's wrong because I know I'm the doctor"
Dr Eber is very thorough and fully explains your options then listens to any questions you may have.
Well, I sat in the waiting room about 30 minutes then almost 1 hour in the exam room. Was NOT happy about the wait time.
