The last time I needed a document, I spent more energy trying to get someone to answer the phone or respond to emails than the effort it would take to manage my property. After two days of no response via email, portal, or phone, I ended up having to go to the office (and wait for the receptionist to return) to get a document emailed. Conrad Klein Property Mgmt is the best in the business. Their fees are very reasonable. I am very pleased with the quality tenant's they placed and their responsiveness.
Poor communication and unprofessional. I hired the company to manage my property. For 2 weeks, people came and saw the house and left comments. Conrad Klein never once called me with feedback. Received one email out of 7 feedback on there portal.
