I fried some cornbread cakes and covered it with Conrad & Hinkle Pimento Cheese and then topped it with 7 Pimento stuffed olives like little mini pizzas. Homerun.
I love this quaint little store! They always carry the best tomatoes, corn, and cantaloupe in the area. The customer service is superb!

Came from Asheville area to celebrate my Aunt Shirley Ryders 90th birthday on Saturday. She use to always bring containers of pimento cheese, chicken salad and ham salad when she would visit us. I fell in love with your food! So we ran by to stock up while we were in town. Also got some white corn that was the best I have eaten all summer! Thank you so much! Yum! �
