June 18 2026, I entered the emergency room to be treated for a migraine ( which I have chronically) just like any other time. DR CONRAD GERGORY not only refused care but screamed into my spouse face while putting his finger into my spouses face. I pray whoever has this doctor receive the medical care they need. Hopefully with a REAL doctor.
Dr Gregory was kind, added a little humor as needed and did wonderful, as all the staff at Kishwaukee with my daughter in an emergency situation that was stressful and scary. We were very happy with her care.
If you need to go to ER at KCH you may want call before going to check if Dr Conrad is working as you may want to go elsewhere. I was treated with arrogance and a very condescending MD. I finally realized he didn't believe me about my history of pancreatitis even though I've been hospitalized at KCH before. Yes, Dr. Conrad I heard you discussing me with your nurse.
