Dr. Conrad is a very good doctor - patient and friendly. he did not rush you and in fact he was willing to spend time with you and answered all the questions that I had. He explained things well and made you understand. Excellent doctor. it is hard to find HMO doctor like him nowadays.

The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
