Very pleased to have had Conrad Designer Bathrooms to renew our family bathroom. James gave us lots of time and attention in the design and was so easy to work with. He then meticulously project managed the works which went extremely smoothly, on schedule and stress free for us. He checked on every important detail before proceeding. We used James to update and redesign an en-suite, bathroom and cloakroom. He had a very good idea about how to change the layout of the bathroom and we were really impressed by his design. Everythinmg from design, quotation to final implementation was detailed and executed well. There were no surprises and James communicated well throughout. We used Conrad Designer Bathrooms to up date our en-suite in March. James removed what was a very tired, leaky old bathroom and replaced it with a beautifully smart shower room. Very pleased with the end result.
Definitely scores 5 stars based on our experience. We invited Conrad Designer Bathrooms to do our bathroom renovation after we had seen what they produced for two of our close neighbours. We have used James on several occasions over 2 houses and 4 different bathrooms. For the last project, he came round for a quote which was promptly returned but unfortunately we couldn’t do it straight away. When we were in a position to go ahead (probably 2 years later) he updated the quote quickly. We then completely changed the plan and he was very patient and understanding, going away to do some research to make sure our unconventional design would look good and last a long time.
