Chris and his team went above and beyond in taking over a project that wasn't done well on a home that I was in the process of selling. They solved the problems, he was constant with communication that calmed my concerns, he was upfront with costs and did his best to save me money given the circumstances. Contractors in this area are a dime a dozen and many want to charge you a fortune for a bad job. Chris and his team are a breath of fresh air. He's knowledgeable and takes pride in doing the job right so it lasts and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. His crew is polite, pleasant, thorough, and clean up well after themselves. The fence they put in for me looks great, is sturdy, and is exactly what I asked for. They do a wide variety of remodeling and housework and everyone I've heard use them has had a great experience.
Chris, John, and Cindy were all so easy to work with! Chris was very professional and answered any questions I had about the windows, and John and Cindy did an excellent job with the installation. I know I am going to enjoy the benefits of these great windows, and will gladly recommend Conrad Consulting.
Chris’ team repaired a brick pillar that was damaged during the tornado we had a few years ago. He was able to match the brick and update the mating pillar as well. Now they both look great.
