Auto Transaction occurred on May 11, 2021 at Conrad Auto Sales in the amount of $4670.00 for a 2006 Nissan Armada. On the date on May 12, 2021 I started experiencing transmission failure causing the 2006 Nissan Armada not to change gears and accelerate. I understand your concerns however, the customer did test drive the car and there were no indications of any problems. We tried to assist the customer but the assistance we offered was refused. The customer did bring the car back and park it but the customer came back and picked the car up the next day with no complaints or concerns.
Owner tells you he never checked vehicle out for problems so they won't be liable when vehicle stop working within 1st month of purchase because he would have to disclose it on a "as is" purchase agreement as required by state laws.
