Poorly run office. And the doctor was rude and lacked preparedness and communication. Only positive I have to say was the sweet nurse.
Just moved to Texas to be with my brother. Who has stage 5 cancer and I am disabled and went to Dr Farrell. So he could sign my form so I can get. Another disability placard because I lost the one from Minnesota. But he said that I'm not disabled. But I have a spinal cord implant stimulator, permanent nerve damage in both legs, 18 rods and 24 screws holding my spinal cord together. And also diagnosed with chronic pain but in Texas I guess that means you're not disabled.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was referred to this office by my Neurologist to discuss getting injections in my back. During my visit the doctor was pulled out of the room abruptly before we finished discussing my symptoms. The medical assistant came in and told me the doctor recommended physical therapy. I told her that the records from the physical therapy should have been scanned into my chart because I provided copies when I checked in and I also had the records faxed over along with the records from my referring neurologist. I went to Dr. Ferrell for neck and back stiffness. After a 5 minute consultation I was sent for x-rays and PT. After a month of PT and no relief I went back, paid for another 5 minute consultation and was referred for an MRI. Today I paid for another 5-minute visit to review my MRI. There was a lot of guessing and could be’s, but with an X-Ray and MRI this guy was literally guessing at next steps. Needless to say, I’m out. Going to find someone who knows what they are doing.
