This is an exceptional gym that caters to all levels from beginner to more advanced and those looking to compete in Muay Thai and other disciplines. The gym is well equipment and kept very clean and hygienic. Andy, Dizzy and all the trainers are very knowledgeable but more importantly good, kind people that really care about the success and growth of their students. I would encourage anyone to come and checkout the gym.

My very shy 6 year old has just started private classes with Andy, and I could not have imagined how amazing it has been. Andy us so patient and encouraging, we look forward to going every week!
Easily the best Muay Thai and boxing gym on the coast. Instructors are friendly and welcoming. Clearly knowledgeable and passionate toward their craft. Great community gym where everyone is respectful and humble. Highly recommend trying out a class.
Great place to train, whether you are a fighter or a beginner, caring and motivating trainers, no ego's and a great mix of people!
