This gym has incredible staff! The coaches are very friendly and are very experienced in the sport of ninja. They are very good at explaining the obstacles and demonstrating how to complete each challenge. They have obstacles set up for all skill levels ranging from first timers to pro ninjas. I have been to this gym about 5 times, and each time there has been new challenges! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to check out the sport.
We had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here recently, with a total of 13 kids participating. Everything went smoothly and their coach, Kale, was amazing. They allowed the kids free play with facilitator-run games and activities mixed in throughout the hour and 20 minutes or so, in the gym part. You then get the last 40 Ish minutes in there attached party room, which has a refrigerator/freezer and tables/chairs set up in there. We had an amazing time having our daughter’s 10th birthday here! The staff was friendly, professional and great with kids. I would recommend this spot for birthday parties!
Despite the name saying Eden Prairie, it's actually in Edina. I have kids 5-7, they had a good time but wanted to do things that were for older kids. I think the preteen or teens would really enjoy this place and be able to take full advantage of everything. It does look fun.
