Do not under any circumstances hire this company. I hired Luis to remodel my condo. We had some problems while they were performing the work (he wouldn’t supervise the workers, unskilled workers performing work unsupervised) but at the end everything seemed fined. Everything that I'm saying here is true and most certainly not false. Luis Alvarez allows Villa Pavers and Pools to use his license for them to do business under his name. Villa Pavers (Ricardo Villarroel)--is an irresponsible individual that has literally robbed people of their money-- It has been 1 year and 4 months and I still don't have a completed pool. This company is a scam. It's been 3 years with half a pool. Stay clear.
On Wednesday, May 19, 2021, Ricardo Villarroel, the owner of Villa Pavers and Pools came to my home. He was contacted for an estimate for the building of a new pool. He drew up a plan for how the pool would look and gave me that estimate I wanted. The price he quoted was fair and at that moment we signed a contract to begin the building of our new pool.
