Do not under any circumstances hire this company. I hired Luis to remodel my condo. We had some problems while they were performing the work (he wouldn’t supervise the workers, unskilled workers performing work unsupervised) but at the end everything seemed fined. A few months later, there was a bad smell coming out of one of the bathrooms, the smell would come and go, only to find out that the shower walls were not done properly, thinset was not applied on the shower floor or walls, the tiles on the shower walls were not gl... read more

Everything that I'm saying here is true and most certainly not false. Luis Alvarez allows Villa Pavers and Pools to use his license for them to do business under his name. Villa Pavers (Ricardo Villarroel)--is an irresponsible individual that has literally robbed people of their money-- It has been 1 year and 4 months and I still don't have a completed pool.
