I could not be more disappointed. My husband and I bought a brand new HVAC system from Conover in October 2020 for $7.7K. On April 6, 2021 (the first hot day of the season) the entire unit stopped working. We spoke with Cheryl, Randy Jr., and Randy Sr. to see if they could come fix the new unit since our home was 80 degrees inside. The appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm on April 6th, but no one showed up.
