The staff is friendly and professional. Never a long wait. Dr. Houston is very responsive to patients concerns and health. He is especially quick to respond to emails. I would highly recommend him and this facility.

i’ve been coming here for a little over 3 months, in those 3 months Alyssa Mallard “diagnosed” me with 3 different OBGYN issues that she knows nothing about and the only response she can give me is “not my specialty”. This office also decided to do a completely unprofessional IUD removal that has caused me chronic and unbearable pain in my left flank (left abdominal side) that they have also done nothing to manage even though i’ve had to make over 10+ appointments because of the pain they have caused. Records They cannot seem to get my past medical records. People seem nice just can't do anything because they say need records. I have contacted you about this and thought someone was helping but now they never answered.
