Theft, larceny or embezzlement? Take your pick. Conor sold my property (valued at $15,000) and sold it without my permission. He pocketed the money and apparently lives under the illusion that this was okay. Many opportunities to repay the debt over several years have resulted in no recompense. Deal with him at your own peril. That he committed the above offense is not questionable. He admitted it personally to SFPD.
