I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
