The store is closing
Bought refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. Complete kitchen package from here and the fridge has an issue. I call them to get the services (I paid extra for a 4 year warranty package) and the lady on the phone hangs up on me after saying they are going bankrupt and she can’t help me. What a bunch of scammers!!
Customer service was horrible. They had a sofa table set on sale. I waited near the area for at least 10 minutes, and no one ever came to assist me. They missed a sale as a result of the lack of attention and customer service.
