Manager Nick very very unprofessional and rude. When asked who his manager was or who reports to he said he doesn’t report to anyone. When asked if he was the owner he said no but he didn’t report to anyone, which just tells you besides from being unprofessional he is also a liar. Anyways, Nick the “manager” needs training on customer services and how to handle escalation scenarios.

Customer service was fantastic! Hunter did an amazing job! He went above and beyond & found a solution to every issue we ran into! I can’t thank him enough !! Super excited and happy about everything I purchased today !!!

Every time I come it takes about half my day just to check out at the end … most items aren’t on their “system” so they can’t sell me stuff , bought a few things and they all have little dents , scratches that I didn’t see at first , good deals but most of the stuff can’t be sold ….. because they don’t know how to use their system or isint in their system .

We were greeted as we came in by Janea, who stayed with us the entire time we shopped. She was not just a sales associate, but she took on the role of our personal concierge, helping us to pick items we needed, working out ways to get us the best deal, solved problems, and finally wrote up the sale. She gave us the royal treatment with professionalism, efficiency and a touch of humor thrown in. She was fabulous to work with. Billey Jo and Chuck.
