I wanted to share my disappointing experience with this furniture store. When I ordered a bed from them, I specifically asked for a platform bed due to my one-year-old son. However, when the bed was delivered, it was not a platform bed as I had requested. I had no choice but to keep it because they claimed it was a final sale even though I was sold it on a technicality to false advertisement.
