I owed 34 payments payed 34 payments.Conn's waited until last payment was made and told me I missed a payment .They said I missed 1st payment which is incorrect because my payment book said Ist payment was due in November and payment was made in November.I sent them a picture of payment coupon showing payment was made when due.They completely ignored my response.They also charged 2 late fees I don't owe and refuse to refund.They are calling 10 times aday from different phone numbers without leaving any messages Due to the co... read more

Don’t believe anything they tell you! We paid cash for a living room sectional. It arrived, had a few issues, I was going to send it back. They told me if I’d except they’d give me a rebate check for over $400. I accepted the offer, paid someone to repair the damage. I was supposed to receive the check within 15 days, it’s been 2 months. When I call the local store in Huntsville they tell me I have to call the warehouse in Nashville. Start to finish, one of the WORST buying experiences I've ever had. Lied to by the salesperson, Abi Cruz, on several key features including the refresh rate on my TV, to the delivery fee and lack of any salesmanship or any basic product knowledge. I also specifically asked if the price would drop on Black Friday and he told me no. I paid $1699.95 and it's now $1349.95. Just another LIE.
