Dear Conns - The way your service department runs really sucks. I have purchased all my appliances via your store. My LG washer is showing the OE code. I call for service telling them the code and request they bring filter pump with them. There is a four day wait for the service tech to come out and diagnose the problem. Which means he will look at display, see OE code, then order the part. After the part is received he will come back to replace. Not sure if I can do 2 weeks with not washer.
I will definitely do more shopping at Conns just so I can sit in that chair !!!
Terrible accounts department. Rude n calls u 4-6times a day 7 days a week even when u not behind in payments. Uncalled for. Done with them.
