I purchased an LG 65 inch smart tv from Conns on Thanksgiving. Four days later I started noticing the tv had lines running from the top to the bottom of the screen. I called conns yesterday explaining to them my issue and asked for an exchange. When I took the tv back to the store, the manager Arlam refused to exchange the tv. Well I bought kitchen appliances and they installed them and the refrigerator leaked water and they said that it's not there problem and that there guys installed everything but the refrigerator.I had to get Servpro to dry my house out and Conn's said that there are not responsible for the damage.
No � call no show! Delivery service is awful ��� I was on telephone for more than an hour and still no answer.
Worst retail organization on Earth. These people are nothing but thieving bums. We paid for something out right with cash and now they are trying to sue us and say that we never paid for it. The owners of this organization need to be prosecuted and put in jail. ������
Worst customer service ever. Bought a washer was told pick up next day to waste an entire morning because my name was not on the paperwork to pick up and 2 washer was not in stock at the warehouse. Manager took employee word over mine even though said employee lied so many times. They lost my family as a customer I rather go elsewhere. Management cares more about the $$ then customer satisfaction. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache of going and dealing with incompetent people
