My worst experience at Conns I had the worst experience at Conn's 724 E Expressway 83 in Mcallen Texas. Today I decided to leave work early to buy a T.V. when the television was chosen there was a lady named Maye that told me to come back in 3 HRS for the contract to be printed and i just needed to sign papers and give the first payment and i could take the T.V home. Bad service, I bought a TV which is included with a one year warranty. It has been 2 months and they have not fixed. Do not buy anything from this store. The prices may be low, but dont rely on the warranty, because they will not do their job.

Terribly rude employees. Speak directly to the manager if you want correct information. Service Department 1-800-379-9809 were no better. Scolded me for not handling problem directly with the local store! Last Conns purchase I will ever make!

Its my store Conns is the best place to buy what you need. They have very Friendly Sales people and are very knowledgable. I shopped around for my new Big screen tv and out of 6 places i went conns had the lowest price. Oh and their credit was also the most flexible.
