Conn’s do not know how to treat the customers! Bought a sectional sofa and it’s been nothing but problems they been out to our place four different times to change out the reclining parts! In August the repair man came back out and told me he would put it in for exchange for new sofa. He went back to the service department and told them nothing was wrong with the sofa so he lied not good ! Conns sent out a 3rd party on 1/22/20 he said the sofa was unrepairable for me to call Conns back so I did today 1/27/20 was on the phone... read more
