I have had the most worst experience with Conn’s. Not only did my new bed set break within the 3 weeks of purchasing it, getting it replaced took about a week and a half of them not calling me back. Even when I got to the store, they hadn’t put in the order, I had to request it. Apparently the manger on duty can’t discount or help with anything about it and said if I wanted to make a complain, I had to go to their website and do it there. The mattress we got too already had dents in them. I will never ever go with them again... read more
