On 03/09/2016 I purchased merchandise at Conns store at Arizona Mills Tempe Arizona. I bought a Samsung Double Door Fridge and a set of top-grain leather couches, (sofa, love seat and recliner chair). When I purchased them, I did purchased the extended warranty as well, because the salesman told me and my husband that the insurance covers everything that happens to the merchandise, including rips, punctures or color fading.
