These people are such a rip off! Just beware of all of the little things they don’t tell you if you buy from them. They do tell you they have a 15% restocking fee but the guy that sold me a $2k tv no longer works there. How convenient. And they want the 15% in cash not in your Conn’s card. I even have a few medical hardships but policy is policy and I took the tv back in good faith not wanting to stick my family with the responsibility. This is about the delivery company. I received my king foam mattress and box springs. Looked fine but a few weeks later we lifted the mattress to put a bed skirt on and discovered 3 tears in the mattress cover and foam mattress. I get a call saying oh sorry we won't replace the mattress because you signed for it and said it was ok. I can't lift it by.myself and didn't think about that which in hindsight is what the delivery guys figured on after they damaged it. If you want to seriously overpay for your home furnishings, this is the place! I walked through their location in the Fiesta Mall twice and not a single person even bothered to greet me. Minus one for customer service. Then I strolled around to look at their products and their prices are insane! $3,000 for a 3-piece sectional? I'm even questioning whether or not that's real leather. Pass on this place and go to a real furniture store that will take care of you.
